There are comes a time in our lives when we get caught in the states of “know-nots”-¬¬¬we know not what to do, know not where to go, know not whom to ask for help and know not which is right from wrong. We find ourselves in a battle between “I” versus “me”. We are forced to choose between Scylla and Charibdis. We feel alone in the struggle to live and it seems that would against us. But are we really alone?

Certainly not. We are never alone in this life. We have a Lord who never fails. The whole world may be against us. The power that is may even bend the truth and twist the wrong to become right. But is the anyone more powerful than the one who created the heavens and earth?

Very certainly not. God is everything. There is nothing He cannot do. And in this life, all the “know-nots” are just situations that give us room to search for ourselves, our truest selves. These things come not to drive us to do something suicidal but rather to keep us in touch and hold on to Him.

As we struggle to find ourselves, to get the answers to our predicaments, let us not forget to glorify and to thank Him for all His blessings, no matter how small or big they may be. Let us not focus on what we miss and what we do not have but on what we can do to fill the empty spaces and to get what we want-all in a righteous way. Life is too short to be wasted on regret.

It is good to keep in touch with the Lord. Prayers are still more powerful than any weapon. Pray to God. Praise the Lord!
